Ordering & Returns
Order Ship Time :
We ship all orders the next business day after received. Please contact us if you have any special ordering needs or requests.
Our products are hand made by artisans, each product is unique. However if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it for refund or exchange. We want you to be happy!
Please notify us by email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization. We will be more than happy to help you. To assure credit for your purchase, do not return any item without authorization.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Items marked "Clearance", "As Is", or "Final Sale" are exempt from being returned.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back without authorization.
Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email that we have received your returned ítem and, if all is in order, credit will be applied to your original method of payment. You will see your refund as soon as the payment provider processes it. This may take a few days.
Late or missing refunds?
If you haven’t received a refund in 3 -5 days, and have re-checked your bank account, then contact your credit card company or payment service, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please use the contact us form or send us an email at Info@AndeanHands.com
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
To return your product, you email us for an authorization and specific instructions.
You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it will take for your return or exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
